What processes does Vanguard use to produce banners?

Four-color process banners are produced either by offset dye sublimation, electrostatic sublimation,
inkjet printing or screen printing. Flat color images can be produced using these same processes.
However, screen printing is used more often. Nylon banners can be done in one of two ways.
We can do a surface print with water-based inks for indoor use or use the acid dye process for outdoor use.
Foil banners are made using a combination of screen print and heat transfer processes.
